We are an unaccompanied harmony group with material from the folk tradition and thereabouts who have gained a reputation for tight and inventive harmony singing. Our repertoire includes arrangements of songs from some of the best of today’s songwriters including Richard Thompson, Pete Morton, Maggie Holland as well as a good helping of traditional material. Regulars at many clubs and festivals, we released "Out of the Darkness" in 1997 to enthusiastic reviews. In 1999 we recorded several songs for the transportation section of the "Galleries of Justice" museum in Nottingham. Our second album "Nothing Spoken" came out in 2003 - the title was taken from a featured Pete Morton song. Moreton Bay from Nothing Spoken was played on Andy Kershaw's show, 11th Jan 2004. Our latest album, Faithful Heart came out in June 2008 - a full track list is here..Sample tracks from the CD and other songs can be found on YouTube. More photos and current news can be found on our Facebook page.
